Power of Colors - Art Workshop by Leon Oks

Krug Art Gallery invites you to the unique art-workshop “Power of colors” by internationally acclaimed contemporary artist Leon Oks. On Thursday, February 21, 2019 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, you will learn how to generate a diversity of colors with limited palette and talk about color sense in fine art.

Leon Oks, an American artist born in the Ukraine.

Many European publishers of art anthologies have included examples of his art in their compendiums of significant paintings.

Six museums worldwide have acquired his art for their permanent collections.

He is numerous time first place award winner around the world.

In December, 2012 Leon was personally select to the International, most prestigious

World of Art Showcase at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas. Leon Oks was one of the top six internationally acclaimed artists

In his signature, expressionistic style, Leon appears fascinated by the concept of a “Mother Earth” or a “feminine” life force interwoven throughout Nature. The use of complex colors, which exist in Leon’s imagination makes his paintings so approachable and embraceable, and therefore, makes his art hopeful and optimistic.
