Val Kanevsky:

His first camera Val got from his father for his 14th birthday as a present. Since that day, Val has been looking at the world through the camera, discovering beauty everywhere, in the grand panoramas of the mountains, in the microscopic views of the fallen autumn leaf and seizing the moments of ever-changing Mother-Nature.

Despite his passion and experience in photography, initially, Val has chosen engineering career as a profession. However, he never stopped taking pictures and developing himself as a photography artist.  

In 2001 Val finally made a decision to turn gears and become a professional commercial and art photographer. Passion of the heart, exceptional skills and artistic talents instantly turned Val’s Photography Studio into one of the most successful photo studios in Chicago. Distinctly unique compositions, colors and light choices put Val’s photography work in the category of its own.
